anyone got any tips as to which is the best way to get a rosette? I worked a skiller up but put him in the western comps and there are no rosettes in sight! Which are the best breeds to skill up for rosettes? Is classic comps the best place for them too?

Try the comps that the elite horses go for. Look at the elite ranking, what are they specialised in? What breed are they, what skill sets do they have, what comps have they got rosettes in?

i very frequently get the 'remove a water of youth from a non special horse' objective, are the objectives given random? because ive had to remove atleast 3 water of youths from my horses and i know it doesn't sound like many but that's a total of 300 passes gone to waste! i also very often get the 'remove a Pegasus wings' objective which must have done about 3 times as well which is another load of passes gone to waste. ad obviously you have the choice not to do them (which ive been doing lately) but it gets a little annoying that i have to restart from day 1 as for example, i could've been 1 day away from the horn of plenty. are the objectives down to luck? or seniority? should report it to howrse or would it just be seen as not much of an issue? any advice is much appreciated thanks

The daily objectives are completely random. I’ve gotten several “remove water of youth” objectives and I usually have to buy a horse from sales with one

You can contact “contact us” and give them your opinion about it. Mostly they will be very nice, I’ve done that sometimes (other reasons) they always answer really nicely.

It’s worth a try

The WoY BMi mostly adds value whilst you are skilling a horse... as it allows you to double the amount of skills gained from missions. Once your horse is fully skilled it has very little further usefulness and it is from those hoses that you should plan to remove it...

If you have horses that are mid-way through being skilled then you should crack on with them so that you are ready for when this objective next comes around...

It is also worth keeping an eye on the Piggy Bank offers and putting these BMis on your horses when they can be bought for equus rather than passes...

I’m assuming you only get these objectives once the apprentice breeder ones are finished?

Put 2* saddle cloth, leg wraps and ear bonnet of the same base colour on a horse and trigger the colour bonus. You can use a horse that has one or two items of the same colour, as long as they don't have all three.

You can also use a horse that already has the bonus, and change their speciality if they are younger than 5

The four special features are the four things listed on the page under the objectives. It will tell you on that page how you validate each one.

Get a gift from a friend through the shop gifting system. You can put a note on your page or ask a friend you know in real life that plays to gift you something. Obviously you aren't allowed to ask in the public forums

If I give my horse the Hen animal companion (given to me through one of the "beginning" objectives, will I lose the ability to sell that horse? It says, "This companion cannot be traded," and I'm not quite sure what that entails.


(I'm not new to the game, by any means (despite my seniority on this server ), but I haven't used many animal companions in other servers.)

When a companion or item says that it cannot be traded it means that you cannot exchange it through the Item Exchange.
Besides that, you can sell the horse whenever you like

I got the following objective:
"Give one of the 5 bonuses from the store to a horse."
So no big deal right, I take one of the bonuses I have in my inventory and give it to a horse. It didn't work, so I tried a different bonus. It still didn't work. What do I have to do to fulfill this objective?
