Does putting an Athenas Medal on a Pastry horse with no wins affect the skills of the foals that you get?
Or is it irrelevant and the skills of the foals are calculated by another factor?

No, the Pastry Divines dont need to be BLUPped. The IBS of their foals depends on the sugar pearls. Always breed when the mare has 100 pearls and the foals will have the best IBS possible for that breeding.
