I have a uni mare over 60 years old with a Philosopher's Stone and it was her sixth covering after 5 coverings that resulted in non-uni foals. Due it to being her sixth, I covered her with a Fertility Wand to get twin uni foals but when they were born they were both uni fails. I have checked her breeding history to see if I miscounted or if I counted any twins, etc. as a double covering by accident but I can't find anything.
I'd really appreciate some help figuring out where things went wrong and am happy to answer any questions about it
Many thanks!

Did you cover the mare at the right time?
It has to be within the 60 seconds of the time in order for there to be a chance of uni foals.

It is now impossible to incorrectly cover a Unicorn. As it preselects covers for the correct breed and will only allow you to cover the mare in the time allotted.
I honestly can't remember the new covering Unicorn promise thing, so cant help there. Although, if that is true, then you should have had a Unicorn on the most recent covering.
I think this is the mare in question, if anyone can investigate:

That's strange indeed. If it's the mare in question, I second it was not a math error.
Do you remember if you took off the horn of one of the most recent uni offspring for an objective? It's really the only thing I could maybe think off that could offset the 5 fails rule in this specific case

The last adult grey birth was a uni but had the horn removed. If you look at it's bonuses it has 'daily Objective'which means it had ot removed.
