click on the gear wheel on the top right corner of the appropriate section and you can change things there.

As long as you have chosen the perks associated with rides, training or both, then you can find them in your account settings.

Head shaped button in top-right corner -> Account -> Gameplay Preferences.
Then scroll all the way down and you'll find the options right at the very bottom of the list, above the scary reset game option.
