Admin have confirmed several times that sending a ticket to 'contact us' with detailed information (time/timezone of when the issue(s) occurred, type of error, device/browser information, screenshots/video if possible) is the best way for them to trace and identify performance problems. It may be a good idea to check your internet connectivity as well, and perhaps try using a different WiFi connection if you are able to, activating a mobile hotspot or using mobile data. Performing an internet speed test and sending the results in your ticket to support may help them identify the problem as well.
