Chronos timer breaks BLUP?

I have a pony that has a chronos timer. I have bolded all her skills and she has 20 competition wins, but her BLUP is still sitting at only 75. Does anyone know why that could be? She has a Chronos timer, that's the only thing that I think could explain it if there is something broken there? Thank you for any help.
