Starter packs - not working

I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue receiving your starter pack! If you have given it some time and still not received those items, the best thing to do is head to 'contact us' and create a new request, explaining this situation.
If you have an email receipt (showing the ID number, date, price), it would be a good idea to add it as an attachment in your ticket. On Desktop, by scrolling all the way down the page, you can find a very small 'contact us' link. On mobile, click the head-shape silhouette button in the top-right corner, scroll down to the 'help' section of the menu where you can find a link to 'contact us'.
